How do you create the loyalty program of the future?

Dwarf invites you to Case & Cocktails on September 11th from 2:30–4:30 PM at Bernhard Bangs Allé 25, 2. TV, where we’ll dive into the future of loyalty strategies — and one of the most ambitious projects in recent times: Spenn.

We’re thrilled to welcome Christoffer Sundby, CEO of Spenn, who will take us behind the scenes of the groundbreaking collaboration between Norwegian and Strawberry, and share the story of how Spenn came to life. Christoffer brings an impressive background as former Chief Marketing & Customer Officer at Norwegian, leadership roles at Circle K Norway, and experience as a consultant at McKinsey. He holds a degree in economics — and was even an Olympic sailor. In short: an experienced leader with deep insight into strategy, technology, and customer loyalty.

Christoffer will reveal how Spenn is rethinking loyalty across industries, and how the program — with over 9 million members — connects multiple brands through a shared reward currency. With one common currency across the Nordics and an open, scalable platform, Spenn is setting a new standard for how brands can jointly create real value for their members. Or as we like to call it: more bang for your points. Look forward to insights on:

  • How two of the Nordics' strongest brands, Norwegian and Strawberry, have joined forces to create a shared loyalty currency — and how Reitan Group (including REMA 1000, Uno-X, and 7-Eleven) has since joined as a stakeholder
  • What it takes to design a scalable and future-proof loyalty economy
  • How user involvement drives engagement and creates value
  • Why loyalty should be viewed as a core digital business, not just a marketing channel

Dwarf and Jase Buckley from Braze will also provide a technical deep dive into the Spenn platform, demonstrating how real-time data and omnichannel experiences help create a seamless customer journey.

We’ll round off the afternoon with a Q&A, cold drinks, and networking in inspiring surroundings.
