      How Brands Can Stay Visible and in Control When Customers Shop Through AI

      AI is transforming the digital customer journey. Not only how users search for products, but also where and how they shop. In 2026, more customers will discover products through AI assistants and agent-driven experiences, meaning that the “store” is not always your website. It could be a chat, a platform, or a third-party purchasing flow. For brands, the key question is therefore: How do you stay visible and in control when the customer is elsewhere?

      In this webinar on Tuesday, February 10th, from 9:30–10:30, we will explore how new standards such as UCP (Universal Commerce Protocol) can help brands stay available across touchpoints without losing ownership of the customer experience. UCP enables AI systems to retrieve structured product and purchase information from your shop, giving customers a seamless buying experience while you still control how your brand is presented, which options are offered, and how the purchase is completed.
